Limousines and Taxis  

Abbotsford Taxi provides door to door taxi service between the YXX Terminal and various points in south-western British Columbia. Call 604-855-1111 for service.

Central Valley Limousine and Taxi provides door to door taxi and pre-booked limousine service between the YXX Terminal and various points in south-western British Columbia. Call 604-859-1111 or 604-859-5251 to make a reservation.

HandyDART Provides pre-booked door-to-door shuttle service between the YXX Terminal and addresses in Abbotsford and Mission for registered users with disabilities. Call 604-855-0080 to make a reservation.

Buses

Ebus, Alberta, & now British Columbia's, economical, efficient, and safe choice for travel! Ebus stop locations include: YXX (Abbotsford), Richmond, Vancouver, Surrey, Chilliwack, Hope, Merrit, Kelowna (West Kelowna & YLW), Vernon, and Kamloops, as well as several Alberta locations.

Central Fraser Valley Transit provides downtown city transit services in Abbotsford and Mission. Taxi service is available between the YXX Terminal and nearest transit bus stop. Check bus routes and schedules online at www.busonline.ca or call 604-854-3232.

Fraser Valley Express (FVX) provides express service between Chilliwack, Abbotsford and Langley (Carvolth Exchange).  Tickets can be purchased at the HighStreet London Drugs location, as well as Seven Oaks Shopping Centre. Please note, pickup is at the Highstreet Mall; Taxi service is available at the YXX Terminal.  Check bus routes, schedules and the trip planner online at bctransit.com or call 604-854-3232. 

Ferries

B.C. Ferries  Provides scheduled ferry service between British Columbia's Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Sunshine Coast, Gulf Islands, Queen Charlottes, and Discovery Coast. It takes approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes to drive between YXX and the Lower Mainland ferry terminals, Horseshoe Bay and Tsawwassen. Taxi service is available between the YXX Terminal and BC Ferries Horseshoe Bay and Tsawwassen Terminals. Call 250-386-3431 or 1-888-223-3779 for ferry information.

Trains

West Coast Express Provides scheduled peak morning and afternoon rush hour train service between the Abbotsford Metro area (Mission City Station) and Haney, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Vancouver (Waterfront Station). It's approximately a 25 minute taxi ride between YXX and Mission City Station. Call 604-488-8906.

What is the best way for travelers to get from YXX to Vancouver?

There are a couple different options to get from Abbotsford to Vancouver. Firstly, there is a bus service called Ebus, which stops at YXX and travels to Pacific Station in Vancouver. A second option is a shuttle company called the Valley Airporter. This shuttle travels within the Fraser Valley and can take travellers from YXX the Surrey Sky Train station. The Fraser Valley Express Bus picks up at Highstreet Mall (a very short cab ride from YXX) and can take travellers to the Carvolth Exchange in Langley, connecting them to the Metro Vancouver and Translink Transit system. There are also two cab companies, Abby taxi and Central Valley Taxi. Lastly, travelers can rent a car.
